Welcome. My name is Rodger E. Stone II of Vatland Honda. I started in the automobile business in Chicago 1984. I stayed in the automobile business until 1998. I then changed my career choice to government and the fire/ems service. I was the Zoning Enforcement Officer/Stormwater Management Officer for the Town of Guilderland in New York. Additionally I was the Captain and Commissioner of the Guilderland Center Fire Department, Certified First Responder with AED & CPR certification, driver for the Altamont Rescue Squad and the Western Turnpike Rescue Squad, a HAZ MAT Specialist for the New York State Urban Search and Rescue Team Task Force 2, New York State certified EVOC trainer and a nationally certified NIMS trainer. I have now retired from all of those positions and moved my wife and myself to Florida as of February 2012. We both do not like winter and participate in no winter sports. That is why we are in Florida. I missed the automobile business and dedcided to get back into it. And what better line to offer than Honda and what better dealership than Vatland Honda. My wife and myself have owned nothing but Hondas since 1984. Currently we have a 2012 Civic LX and a 2012 Accord LX. I look forward to assisting you with your next Vatland Honda.
